Linda Orji,
PMHNP-BC
I'm a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over eleven years of experience. My approach combines medication management, therapy, and lifestyle guidance — treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
A provider who listens first
I'm Linda Orji, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My path into psychiatric care was shaped by years of working at the intersection of medicine and mental health — witnessing first-hand how deeply the two are connected.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based psychiatric practice. Over the past eleven years, I've cared for individuals across all stages of life — from adolescents navigating anxiety, to adults managing chronic stress, grief, and mood disorders.

My therapeutic approach
I treat the whole person — mind, body, and life-context — not just a diagnosis or symptom list.
We identify your strengths and build practical, achievable steps toward your wellness goals.
Your background, values, and identity are respected and integrated into every part of your care.
I help you find your own motivation for change, rather than directing you toward a predetermined answer.
Medication is always a conversation. Every decision is made together, with your full informed consent.
Sleep, nutrition, movement, and relationships are part of your care plan — not as afterthought.
